Recently, the provincial Housing and urban-rural construction department announced the "Shandong province residential project quality creative short video competition" list of winners. The short video of "Key points of Quality Supervision and Control of Interior Wall Plaster Construction" made by Jinmingyu Construction Group won the third prize of the competition.

This residential project quality creative short video contest, jointly sponsored by the provincial construction union, provincial Housing and urban-rural construction Department civilization office, provincial quality and safety center. The purpose of the competition is to adhere to the policy of "centurial project, quality first", combined with the practice of "I do practical things for the masses", focusing on improving the quality of residential projects, ensuring the structural safety of residential projects, and improving the quality awareness of all staff.

The Technical management Department of Jinmingyu Construction Group strictly followed the requirements of the competition notice, combined with the actual work and closely focused on the current work, and jointly produced and reported the short creative video of "Key Points of Quality Supervision and Control of Interior Wall Plastering Construction" with the Publicity Department of the Group.

It is understood that the interior wall plastering to ensure quality, must be strictly in accordance with the process, from the impact of product quality of people, machine, material, method, ring five links for supervision and control.

First of all, the construction team should be selected. Comprehensively comb the quantity of plasterers, technical quality and engineering performance of plasterers, establish a qualified list of plasterers, and give priority to excellent plasterers.

Secondly, the good equipment and the quality of ready-mixed mortar. The preparation of construction equipment and working tools should be fully done before the plastering construction of the inner wall, especially the storage tank of ready-mixed mortar, working tools of teams and actual measurement tools of the project, to ensure that mortar does not lose water and the accuracy of measuring tools.

Third, strengthen process control. After the construction team enters the site, it shall be divided into three groups to make sample households. The technical director of the project Department, the quality officer, the company's technical management department and the engineering management Department shall comprehensively evaluate the quality, determine the control standard based on the merits, and formally select the team to enter the project department for plastering construction.

Fourth, implement whole-process control. In the process of construction, the project department must implement the responsibility to the people, all the teams to carry out a full inspection, timely correct the plastering process quality defects.

In order to comprehensively improve the quality level of plastering, we formulated the enterprise internal control standard in line with the idea that the enterprise internal control standard is higher than the specification requirements. According to the enterprise internal control standard, we tracked and measured the actual quantity of finished products. In the process of the residential interior wall plastering quality inspection, we added the flatness inspection of the same plane wall and beam, the top surface of the wave window and other parts.
