There are certain safety risks in the project site, wang Hongtao always puts safety first.  Wang Hongtao seized every morning meeting and the opportunity of on-site education, and kept propagating to the workers the importance of safety and safety production rules and regulations, causing workers to pay attention to the ideological, protect their own personal safety.  But in the process of inspecting the site, he found that there are still unsafe factors in individual corners of the site, and some workers will work on the usual safety education behind.  Wang hongtao is worried.  Perhaps, Wang thought, workers did not fully understand the importance of safety and the unbearable consequences of disciplinary violations, leading to lax discipline and unrestrained behavior.  Therefore, he increased the frequency of site inspection, found problems immediately rectification, for workers who do not abide by the safety discipline, on-site cases, facts, reason, with live dangerous events to the workers to alert workers, touch the soul of workers, trigger workers to think.  After "telling stories" again and again, "teaching on site" again and again, the workers gradually develop a safe and civilized construction habits such as wearing safety helmets and wearing safety belts in the air.  Seeing the changes in front of him, Wang hongtao's nervous heart was slightly relieved.  

Chapter in everything is step-by-step, grasp of civilized construction climate, acting in hong-tao wang heart is always with a single string, it's safe step cannot be lax, security no small matter, everywhere about safety, according to his words: "as a security officer of the project, it's my duty to protect the project safety and worker safety, there is no end in safety work, I always keep the safety of the bottom line."  

Wang Hongtao's other work is to improve and standardize safety data.  He in strict accordance with the standard, fully implement safety work, form a safety information system, do the contingency plan, emergency rescue drill plan, emergency rescue drill footage and safety education, safety education records and related files, safety technical clarificaiton scrutiny of such information, to ensure data integrity, and correct.  In order not to delay the progress of the project, Wang Hongtao studied day and night. He humbly consulted excellent reference staff and took the initiative to learn from them.  

With the goal of "municipal civilized construction site, municipal high-quality structure cup, provincial civilized Construction site, and provincial high-quality structure Cup", Wang Hongtao has always adhered to the principle of making project data refined and detailed, carefully interpreting every inspection requirement and standard, and strictly implementing them.  Efforts pay off, Wang Hongtao first took over the Yuyuan Huating C Area project department, in the county housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau in the second quarter of 2021 and the third quarter of inspection were rated as the quality and safety of construction engineering production advanced collective.  

Wang Hongtao has always asked himself to be "more careful and meticulous".  It is because of his tireless work and pursuit of perfection that he is responsible for the project, everyone can construct according to the requirements, everyone can pay attention to safety, realize the implementation of safety production, and the safety data of the project is more standardized and complete.
