June this year is the 21st national "Work Safety Month", the theme is "Abide by the Work Safety Law as the first responsible person".  In order to promote the safe and civilized production in the residential construction field of Linshu county and improve the emergency handling capacity, the 2022 "Work Safety Month" emergency drill was held in the southern district of Mingdu Garden, Jinming Apartment, sponsored by Linshu County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and undertaken by Jinming Apartment Construction Group on June 17th.  Linshu YanShiGang, deputy head of government, county of housing and urban-rural construction bureau chief Hu Shuncang, deputy director of the zenki, shandong weiye group deputy general manager, named Hu Zuntao construction group general manager, the construction of all projects under construction in the county, construction, supervision, business mix, lifting equipment installation company, and related staff to attend the meeting,  County housing and urban-rural development Bureau Director Hu Shuncang chaired the meeting.  

Before the meeting, Yan Shigang and his delegation visited the model room of the Construction Group, affirmed the construction quality of the construction group, and then observed the fire emergency drill and the emergency disposal drill of working accidents at high places.  

After the emergency drill, the site meeting of the emergency drill for the 2022 "Work Safety Month" was held.  At the meeting, we studied the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussion on production safety and listened to the report of Jinmingyu Construction Group on the construction of safe and civilized production.  Hu Zuntao on the safety production management system, personnel safety production ideological education work, dangerous engineering management system and work inspection and implementation of standards and other aspects of the construction group elaborated on the work of safety production, to further do a good job in the work of safety production arrangements.  

Yan Shigang stressed that we should firmly establish the concept of "people first, life first", "safety first, prevention first", "prevention first, prevention and elimination combined" safety and fire protection work policy;  To earnestly implement the safety production law, safety production fifteen measures and the provincial government on safety production "eight catch" 20 innovative measures, solidly improve the county construction industry safety civilized construction, emergency rescue management and implementation level;  Popularize the knowledge of emergency rescue of safety accidents and fire accidents, be familiar with evacuation procedures, master fire fighting technology and have self-rescue and mutual rescue ability, improve the ability to respond to emergencies;  Strictly implement all safety and civilized production regulations to prevent safety accidents;  Improve emergency measures and relevant plans to ensure that all projects under construction can take timely and effective response measures, flexible use of various disposal methods, quickly launch rescue and evacuation work, contain safety accidents in the initial stage, reduce the loss to the greatest extent.
