What did I do and how much value did I add to the company? The question lingers in my ears, and the answer gradually emerges from careful reflection. A year, I always take root in the project site, always adhere to the "take the quality as the leading" concept of development, respectively from the merit planning, model program implementation, process quality control, each professional construction coordination management four aspects of solid work, to do the construction plan, inspection standard and change is the basis, building engineering quality.

Forethought makes sense, unforethought makes waste. "Creating excellence" is not only a result, but permeates the whole process from the beginning to the end of the project construction. To achieve this goal, we will step by step and strictly manage the whole process, so that "creating excellence" can come naturally. County hospital comprehensive service building project covers 10 branch projects, 9 professional subcontractors and more than 30 labor subcontractors to participate in the construction, construction personnel professional level is uneven, the project task is very difficult. In order to complete the construction task on schedule, I combined my own theoretical knowledge and construction experience to develop targeted excellence programs and strive for high-quality projects. Carefully study the progress plan, professional drawings and standard materials, make construction decisions; Take root in the construction site, go deep into the construction team, do a good job in the coordination and management of various professional construction; For the general process of personal disclosure, emphasis on key processes, strengthen the management of the side, strict quality control; In order to grasp the construction progress, if necessary, extend the working time to ensure the safety of the construction period.

Through the above measures, the construction teams advance together, in an orderly manner. The technical problems such as the secondary deepening of gas fire extinguishing system and seismic support engineering, the design width of barrier free access door does not meet the requirements of the code, and the insufficient space of the water heating well for the refrigerant pipe of ventilation and air conditioning are solved in coordination. While ensuring the quality of the project, the risk of rework is reduced and the construction cost is effectively reduced.

Preplan in advance, model open. The implementation of sample scheme is an important link to implement the scheme, solve the key points and difficulties of the project, and also an important method to create project highlights. Before the construction of each professional, the construction plan for excellence, clear construction method and quality requirements, the construction of the model project. Part to guide the whole, through the model project summed up the shortcomings, for creating high-quality projects. In order to solve the construction difficulties of installing a variety of professional pipelines in the limited space of corridor ceiling, we set up a sample area on the second floor and organized professional installation units to hold on-site thematic meetings for many times. After combining theory and practice and comparing various schemes, we finally decided to adopt vertical double-layer layout scheme. The pipeline installation and construction sequence is clearly defined, and the horizontal position offset of various professional pipelines is required to be controlled within 15mm, which solves the problem of comprehensive layout of various professional pipelines in limited space.

In the slotting and wiring, wall and floor tile paving, ceramic tile dry hanging, room ceiling and other sub-projects, we all implement the "model open" system, the excellence planning steady landing, achieved good quality results, to achieve the project focus, difficult point to the project highlights.

Strengthen process quality control, focusing on people. For the job responsibilities, we should not just complete the general, create high-quality projects, must complete each construction task of high standard. Only everyone strict requirements of their own, do a good job, in order to have the final smooth acceptance. Although quality acceptance is a post-event control measure, in the comprehensive service building project, we integrated the acceptance into the event control in advance, and the effect is better. In the two sub-projects of exterior wall rock wool insulation and exterior wall real stone paint, from the beginning of rock wool paste, until the completion of real stone paint spraying, we will be divided into six acceptance nodes, each node, each basket acceptance, by the project department technical personnel wearing safety belt with the construction staff from 16 layers layer by layer inspection to the bottom. Through layup acceptance, on the one hand, we ensure the construction quality, reduce rework and quantity loss; On the other hand, strengthen the quality consciousness of construction personnel, give play to people's subjective initiative, consciously according to the standard construction.

Coordinate article well, promote civilized construction. The comprehensive service building project has entered the stage of equipment installation and decoration, and the cross-construction of various specialties can be seen everywhere. In order to solve the construction chaos in which each profession is independent and hard working, we organized technical coordination and feedback meetings for many times before construction, focusing on the joint review of drawings of subcontractors of each profession, the review and approval of professional construction technical scheme, and the publicity and implementation of the construction technology and quality standards of "Taishan Cup" project for engineering and technical personnel. Solve the foreseen technical problems in advance, and organize regular coordination meetings in the construction process, and coordinate and solve the construction technical problems in time. In order to arrange each process scientifically, realize the three-dimensional crossover and space flow operation of each type of work, we formulate the system of "who does first, who disassembly first", strengthen the coordination and cooperation of professional subcontractors, to ensure the realization of quality objectives.
